Renault Spyder II concept

An advancement of the ideas advanced in the Spyder I concept (circa 1998). But brought more in tune with Renault's recent F1 success.

The final renders were done with maker and then finished in Painter XI.

I like the design, but you should place the driver more to the back, there can't be any room for him.

So far as I know, he hasn't got a tablet. But that's pretty much the same thing as the version he's got on paper, just touched up slightly in Painter.

you are undoubtily right. this was a styling exercise that never really got to a point where packageing was a concern. (therefore my imagination rather ran away with how big the human body is.

this was done with both mediums. the orginal sketch was done with pencil and then shaded with marker and then scaned in to photoshop. Where I burned and dodged the image (with a tablet (which I do own or stole....he.he..ha..ha (I didn't really steal it, honest)) as needed. Then I colorized it in photoshop.

I have been drawing cars (after a fashion I guess you could call it drawing/or scribbling...) for the balance of my life. I basically didn't draw at all during high school, but the I pciked it up again in a more serious way after high school (which would be about 3 years now).

So the the short answer is 3 yrs.
